CATERINA is a puppet theatre performance featuring objects and live music that invites us into the emotional world of an older woman. The piece tells the story of a grandmother who, as she lets go of the objects that have accompanied her throughout her life, embarks on an inner journey to heal wounds from the past and reconnect with the stories that make us who we are.

La Dona Calba is a non-mixed cultural collective founded in 2021. Through radical tenderness and visual physical theatre, it seeks to transform uncomfortable realities and bring to light the cracks that run through us. Drawing on sensitivity, emotion and a critical perspective, the collective creates theatre pieces that reach deep into the audience. It has developed two collaborative productions: CATERINA (Ròmbic, 2023) and Entresòl 1a (Ròmbic, 2026).
