Programme 2025

JA T’HO VAIG DIR, by Agnès Mateus & Quim Tarrida / Objectes Perduts (Expanded Programming IF Barcelona)

This proposal is part of the creation process for the next stage work by Agnès Mateus and Quim Tarrida, which will premiere at the end of 2026.
These four days are a pause along their journey — a space to be lived as an experiment, a work in progress, or whatever we might call this moment in the middle of nowhere, where everything is still possible.

Creation. The Creation. The creator. The Creator. HIM?
A creation that speaks of the Creator? What is faith? Are we believers? Believers in what? Believers in what way? Believers why? Do we really need it? Do we truly need someone to save us?

A distortion in three acts. Static images that speak — plastic Christmas tableaux? Crowds that receive, motionless, the moment just before the scream.
How do we capture the instant just after absolute happiness?
Do we know the precise moment before fear?
Would we like to hold on to that fleeting instant of unstoppable laughter?
